NK ORR - Beach Race, IJmuiden
A showdown of vengeance - which is the NK Off Road Racing IJmuiden on February 27 and 28, 2016, with the fastest cars in the championship and some special newcomers. Maurits van den Arend, Herman Jasper - who starts this season with a new car - Serge Huffmeijer, Ebert Dollevoet, Rick and Nienke Aarts and even Frank Stensky from Germany announced his participation.
We´ll also see two Defender Challenge 90", build by Bas4Cars and one of them piloted by Bas V Driel, this weekend.
The race will start on February 27th with a mass start on the beach.
The beach race is simple: sand, adrenaline, long straights and wonderful and later tricky corners to drift through. It is a unique race in Europe and pretty famous among the teams and fans of the NK Offroad Racing Series. This race is a pure motorsport, raw power and pure speed.
The bivouac is the Kennemermeer, the "Lac Rose" of the The Netherlands and it´s open to the public.
A great place to watch the race are the dunes overlooking the beach and be sure to be witnessing some great action!
